We offer a variety of options to help you integrate us into your event, whether a marathon or a conference.

You can offer your participants an optional checkbox at registration that says: “I don’t need more merch – please plant a tree for me instead”. Or you offer a tree as an optional 'add-on' instead - whichever suits you best!

We are also integrated with some registration platforms like SI Entries, to make it even easier.

All we need is a list of the people you’re planting trees for. We’ll then allocate each one a sapling from one of our UK reforestation projects. Each participant will receive an email containing a link to our platform, where they can see the collective impact from your event. They will also be given their own personal tree profile — complete with a photo and the planting location of their tree. As they take part in more events and plant more trees, their forest will grow! 🌳

We sponsor trees for £5 + VAT when replacing merchandise. This covers the cost of planting, ongoing maintenance and beat-up for the first 5 years — meaning if a sapling fails, we’ll replace it! Participants also get access to our platform, where they can view their tree photo and planting location.

If you’d like to give the option to plant an extra tree at checkout, this can be added for an additional £5 + VAT per tree.
