Why choose to plant a tree for your corporate event?
Choosing to plant a tree for your event goodie bag is environmentally friendly and a gift that each event attendee will remember. We’re in a climate crisis. The environmental cost of making a t-shirt is huge. It takes the same amount of water that a person drinks in 2.5 years to make a single cotton t-shirt, plus over 2kg of eCO2. If it’s never even worn, all of those precious resources were spent for nothing. Conversely, the environmental benefit of planting a tree is huge. It helps us fight against climate change by taking carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere, it provides a home for a diverse range of species, and it gives us clean air to breath.
Plant a tree for every attendee
When it comes to eco-friendly corporate gifts what could be better than planting a tree? Planting a tree for every attendee is a sustainable corporate gift that’s affordable and unique. Choosing to plant a tree means you give a long-lasting, memorable present and have a positive impact.
Plant a tree for your team
So, you’ve organised your event and want to say a special thank you to your event team members for all their hard work? Plant a tree for each member of staff and give them a gift that they will remember and treasure forever.
Have a positive impact
All the trees we plant are native broadleaf species as part of our sustainable reforestation across the UK – always planting the right tree, in the right place. By choosing to plant trees for your event:
✔️ You’re doing good for the planet
✔️ You’ll give animals a home
✔️ It’ll benefit future generations
✔️ You’ll be healing the ecosystem
What you’ll receive:
Once you sign up to plant trees for your corporate gift, you’ll get an e-certificate complete with a unique photograph of your saplings and your name and event logo- so your attendees can be proud to share across social media! Plus, you’ll receive a What3Words location of your tree.

Make sure your next corporate event doesn’t cost the earth.
We will match the cost you pay for your event t-shirt (or other item of merchandise) down to £3.50 per participant. It costs us £6 to plant and maintain a tree for 10 years, after which the trees are of an age where it doesn’t require care from our team, so if you give event attendees the chance to add a tree on top, this will be at the full £5 per tree cost price.

Support UK Reforestation
Choosing a tree as your corporate event gift will enable us to plant a tree at one of our forests in the UK and have a positive impact on the environment. All our planting projects are aligned with the United Nations SDGs. We plant trees at our forest sites across the UK. Your trees will contribute to the growth and preservation of our UK forests. Support forest restoration and help preserve our forest ecosystems here in the UK.
Tree Species
We plant a mixture of deciduous tree species such as rowan, alder, oak and birch. We carry out regular audits to review and track the survival rate of our saplings, and we ensure any saplings that do not survive are replanted in the first 5 years of growth. We currently partner with several local UK nurseries to source our saplings; meaning we can be sure that our saplings are healthy and responsibly grown here in the UK.
Restore Biodiversity
Choosing to plant a tree for each attendee will make a big impact towards restoring biodiversity. Forest biodiversity encompasses not just trees, but a whole host of plants, fungi, animals, and microorganisms. Our forests are home to a wide variety of animals from deer, squirrels, badgers to tiny voles. Each decision we make in planning considers the wider impact to the forest’s living inhabitants.
