Thursday Evening – XO Durham – a unique urban orienteering experience
Friday Evening – 5K and 10K around the historical city centre
Saturday – Run Like a Legend 1 Mile Races along the picturesque and flat riverside
Saturday – Families on Track – family team event at Durham Racecourse
Two races and one unforgettable finish! The World Heritage Site provides the stunning backdrop to this exciting event that chases through the narrow cobbled streets and along the beautiful River Wear with the imposing 900 year old Cathedral always beckoning. There can hardly be a more spectacular setting for a Summer Night of racing and fun. Tell me more, tell me more!
The 5k and 10k races start together at Market Square at 7.5pm. Whichever you elect for, you will finish at the spectacular Palace Green. With a little luck you may have produced your own historical performance to match the surrounding splendour! All competitors have free access to the Durham City Park and Ride system so no need to worry about parking, you can run, recover and relax!
