Our UK Forests provide the breathing space we all need.
We will plant 50 million trees in the UK by 2030, and we’re already well on our way. We have two forests with many more in the pipeline.
The Glenaros Estate
The Glenaros Estate is located on the east coast of Mull in Scotland. The hill ground on the estate provides the potential for creating a beautiful, healthy forest. The 2000 acre estate offers us the capacity to plant up to 1 million trees.
Brodoclea
We own 430 acres of land in Scotland, just south of Glasgow. Our forest, Brodoclea is planted with mixed deciduous trees just like the native forest would have been. The planting plan, approved by Scottish Natural Heritage, adheres to our ethos to plant the right tree in the right place at all times.
Once we finish planting a forest we do the same thing again, and again, and again.
Hundreds of trees become thousands, thousands become millions. Millions of trees will have a significant impact on the climate crisis. This nature based approach is not the only solution to climate change, but it’s real, here now and already making a measurable difference to global C02 levels.
